These Terms govern your use of PerkHarvest. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

PerkHarvest helps you manually track credit card benefits, usage entries, reminders, and annual-fee-related summaries. Benefit information may change over time and should always be verified with the card issuer's official terms.

No financial advice

PerkHarvest is provided for organization and reminder purposes only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own card and account decisions.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You should not enter full credit card numbers, CVV, or sensitive banking credentials.
• You should review official card terms before relying on any benefit information.

Subscriptions and purchases

PerkHarvest is free to use with limits, and offers an optional Pro upgrade. Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. All billing is handled by Apple through In-App Purchase.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
• Prices and available plans may vary by region and may change over time; the exact price is always shown in the App Store before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Third-party names

Card issuer, hotel, airline, and payment network names may be used only to identify benefit templates. PerkHarvest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, card issuer, hotel, airline, or payment network.

Disclaimer

PerkHarvest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that benefit data is complete, current, or error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered. Notification delivery depends on your device and settings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerkHarvest and its operators are not liable for any missed credits, expired benefits, fees, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using PerkHarvest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PerkHarvest after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
